    ناگذر؛ برنامه یا ایستگاه با to می‌آید: tune in to Radio 4. برای تلویزیون و پخش زنده هم به کار می‌رود. معادل ساده‌تر: listen to، watch.

  4. boot up phrasal verb · /ˌbuːt ˈʌp/

    (کامپیوتر را) روشن و راه‌اندازی کردن

    هم ناگذر (It takes ages to boot up) و هم جداشدنی (boot it up). بیشتر برای کامپیوتر و دستگاه‌های دیجیتال (مثل کنسول بازی) به کار می‌رود، نه وسیله‌های معمولی. معادل رسمی‌تر: start up.

    My old laptop takes five minutes to boot up.

    هم ناگذر (Scroll down!) و هم با مفعول: scroll down the page (حرف اضافه لازم نیست). متضادش scroll up است.
