Hi, I'm Jack. On weekdays, I get up at half past six. I have breakfast with my wife, usually bread, cheese and tea. Then I take the metro to work. I start work at eight and I finish at four. In the evening, I often cook dinner, and sometimes I watch a film. I never go to bed late. I'm usually asleep by eleven. On Fridays, I don't work. I sleep late and I visit my parents.
