Emma: Hi James! Are you free on Saturday? James: Saturday? Um, in the morning I'm playing football with my brother. Why? Emma: Well, it's Sara's birthday on Sunday, and I want to buy her a present. Do you want to come to the shopping centre with me? James: Sure, why not? What time? Emma: How about eleven? James: Hmm, that's a bit early for me. The football finishes at twelve. Can we meet at one? Emma: One is fine. Let's meet outside the bookshop. James: The bookshop on the ground floor? Emma: Yes, that one. What do you think we should get her? A book? James: She's got hundreds of books! I think she'd like a plant for her new flat. Emma: Oh, that's a nice idea. And after that we can have lunch. James: Great. See you on Saturday, then.
